Binxcat's Musing: Imperium is a beautiful duochrome shade. It swatches (no primer) opaque in a single swipe and wears over primer all day. Swatches here are done dry and as this is a wet/dry, you can get even more impact by using this with a damp brush!
Brand Description: IMPERIUM is a bold amethyst purple pigment with a glittery duotone effect, reflecting from pinkish red to indigo-blue. Applying wet brings out the duotone effect, applying dry is more sheer and subdued.
