Buttery in pan, she swatches (no primer) easily. Swatched here dry, Chimra will be more intense if used wet. Brand Description: CHIMERA appears turquoise in the jar and has a charcoal grey base, but the multitonal pigment reflects as teal, green-gold, silver, or blue-violet depending on the way the light hits it! The Black Label consists of multichromatic pigments that come alive when applied with a damp brush, but still have iridescent effects when applied dry. Brand : Huda Beauty Collection : Precious Stones Collection Product : Obsessions Eyeshadow Palette Shade : Sapphire CRUELTY FREE PARABEN FREE Binxcat's Musing: (Swatched with no primer) All swatches represent 2 passes. The mattes are a little weak on pigment. The two metallics on the top row struggled as the base and shimmer were not especially cohesive. The second row last shade (topaz) was poor. I have not tested these for wear - they may work better on application over primer. I will come back and update my thoughts after I have test worn them over the course of a full day. UPDATE: The shades I used in this palette applied better over primer than they swatched. I used: First Row/Second Shade, Second Row/First and Second Shade, Bottom Row/Second and third Shades. They still required a bit of re-application to build up but they blended well without muddying. I had some fallout during the course of the day but no fading. Des

It glides on without skipping and sets. If you want to blend with a brush you do have a bit of time. It did not budge on a full day of wear in hot and humid weather. Brand : Laqa & Co. Product : Desert Mirage Palette CRUELTY FREE Binxcat's Musing: Overall a warm palette like you would expect with the name, Desert Mirage performs pretty well. No issues with the satins or metallics. They all swatch easily, are pigmented, and are not dusty. The mattes are on the stiff side. My swatches have 2 passes of the mattes where the satins/metallics are a single pass. That said, the pigment is good. I feel they will perform better over primer. (Swatches done with no primer.) Brand : Eddie Funkhouser Product : Rockstar Eyeshadow Palette CRUELTY FREE VEGAN PARABEN FREE GLUTEN FREE Binxcat's Musing: When I saw this palette, I knew I had to have it. No disappointments here - you get the quality shadows you expect from this brand. All of the shades swatch well (no primer). The only shade that had some base issues for me is Foxy Roxy - this shade would work better as a transformer or as an inner corner highlighter. I wore all three of the purple shades today. All wore well all day over my regular primer without creasing or fading. I have absolutely no fallout whatsoever. The shades are extremely pigmented and, on application, a little went a long way. The shades blended beautifully together without becoming muddy. My only "complaint" is that the palettes contains no mattes for the crease or transition so for me, I do need to grab another palette or shadow as an accompanying product. I find this palette swatches better though. With the exception of the blue/teal shades which were softer and somewhat dusty, this palette swatches very well (no primer). As with the sister palette, MAR, you will find the metallics and glitters apply better with a finger (patted on). The matte shades will require tapping your brush off well as they tend to get dusty and have some fallout. Brand Description:

Because of the stellar performance, I've gone back and purchased more. The product is dual sided. One side is a black liner (which is stellar) and the other side contains a colored glitter liner. The glitter is super fine and well blended into the base. I find no fallout during wear. You can use the glitter side alone or over a liner. Corrupt has the same formula as Fluff. I find it applies well as a base either with finger application or with a cream eyeshadow brush. The shade amps up greens and blues. It also works well as a cream eyeshadow. I have no issues with creasing or fading over wear. Aquarium is a lovely satin matte teal with good pigment (swatched without primer). There is no dustiness or dryness. Brand Description: Intense pressed eyeshadow in a rich teal color.
