Binxcat's Musing:  I tested this product several times under my regular foundation.  A little goes a long way and I used a couple of drops patted onto my skin.  I fund this product provided a subtle illumination to my bare skin.  My foundation wore well all day over this primer.  I felt that it did provide some light moisture over wear.
