Binxcat's Musing:  Swatched here dry and with no primer, you can see how gorgeous this product is!  This was my first product from the brand and call me impressed!  The product is buttery smooth and has no dustiness or fallout (even though I carelessly gouged the pan).

Brand Description:  The Black Label consists of multichromatic pigments that come alive when applied with a damp brush, but still have iridescent effects when applied dry.
