Binxcat's Musing:  Sweet Blends is supposed to be a sheer shade palette.  The palette is all matte.  On swatching, the shadows were very dusty but pigmentation was great.  On finger swatching (no primer) I did not find these to be sheer.  On application over my regular primer, using my regular brushes, I was able to control the excess by touching the brushes to the pans lightly and tapping the brushes off.
