Binxcat's Musing:  This product goes on with a cool sensation.  It is highly reflective.  The pigment is nice and the pearl is impactful.  Chic is a little more sheer on first application but like the other shades is buildable is you let it dry first and then add another coat.  I've also used this shade as a lip topper and it's stunning.  Swatched with no primer.
