Binxcat's Musing:  Soul-Cialize swatches ok by finger swatching with no primer.  BUT when I went to wear this shadow, brush application (and I used a ColourPop brush) was pitiful.  There was barely any pigment at all.  Basically, over primer on my eyes, all I got was glitter.  The only way I was able to make this shade work was to foil it.  I used Darling Girl Cosmetics Foiling Spray and was able to get a good application and wear.  Still, disappointed though.  I don't like to have to work that hard to make a product work.

Brand Description:

For Max Coverage - Use your fingertip and tap shadow directly onto the eyelid. A flat, firm synthetic brush will also work and is perfect for detailed application close to the lash line.

To Blend - Use a fluffy synthetic brush with good movement, dip the tip into the shadow and apply with a "windshield wiper" movement throughout the crease of the eye for a soft and diffused look.

  1. Found the same thing with Cusp; could not get it on ‘straight.’ Removed it and the glitter remained to everyone’s unsolicited comment. I thought it was the underlayers. Maybe not.

    1. I know ColourPop has a huge fan base. I continue to want to love their products. Sadly, I find they seem to be hit or miss. I'm sorry Cusp didn't work for you.
