Binxcat's Musing: In my opinion, Artist Couture makes some of the very best loose powder highlighters on the market. Illuminati is a new addition to my collection. On my skin, the champagne base is more noticeable than the silver pearl. That said, in certain light, the silver is more visible. This makes Illuminati and interesting highlighter to wear. The product is buildable or blendable and does not emphasize pores. I also love that this is a mutli-tasker as it is eye and lip safe.
