Binxcat's Musing:  I know the brand says best as a base but frankly, I got good opaque coverage from Bang Bang.  This cream shadow applies and sets beautifully.  Swatched with no primer.

Brand Description:  Wonder Wand cream shadows are as crease-resistant and once set are pretty budge proof! Youre preferred eye shadow primer is still highly recommended. Some of these shades make wonder face highlighters as well. 

HOW TO USE: Apply with doe foot applicator and blend out with flat paddle brush.

Ingredients:  Water, cyclomethicone, glyercin, sodium acrylate, acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, isohexadecane, polysorbate 80, Phenoxyethanol, sorbic acid, caprylyl glycol. Also includes: Mica, Iron Oxide.
