Binxcat's Musing:  I purchased this matte to accompany the Somewhere Over the Rainbow Collection.  This shade is a beautiful opaque blue green that not only pairs well with the collection but is lovely in its own right.  It is highly pigmented and did not kick up in pan on swatching.
